I had trouble forwarding my website so I contacted my hosting Company. They fixed the problem and when I asked what I did wrong they said "nothing, it was a glitch". That night I checked on my websites and all were down. I called blue Host and they told me I was hit with over 6000 malwares or whatever. They said they could not fix it but gave me a number for their go to Company. They supposedly set up an appointment to call me at 9pm Philippine time. Of course at 9:03 I realized they were not calling so I called them (Sitelock) They said they did not do appointments on the phone and had no relation with my hosing Company (Blue Host) Anyway, they said to call back and I spoke with them. The bottom line is they would fix everything for about $1,000 and it would take 4-48 hours. I said to them, that's a contract. Yesterday I get a notice that because they has so much work it could take longer. I'm sure they knew that when I contracted them but they wanted to get their paws on my money. I called again very upset and they told me, Don't worry, it will be done today. That was yesterday and it is still not done. I called this morning and after much pushing they said the men will start it today at 9:41 and send me an email for the progress. That will be in 20 minutes. If not, it's lawyer time.It is now 4:11 PM and only one of 4 sites are up an running. That's hours past what they promised. So, it's been 4 days and my site is still not up. They tell me there was 5 million crashes. Who cares. When I paid them the money, they said it would be 4-48 hours. They knew how much work they had but was more interested in giving a fake deadline and taking my money. Even if they were overwhelmed they should not have lied about the deadline and if they were overwhelmed after I paid, I should be the first in line. No one has said they failed and will return my money or at least part of it.If you are looking for help, Contact the Arizona Attorney General-Here is sitelocks info:+1 866-218-4302 8701 E Hartford Dr STE 200, Scottsdale, AZ 85255, USA By the way, their site says you can email them. You can but they only send you a general email and do not respond to questions. You have to call them in India where the people are nice but it is very difficult to understand them and when you leave instructions, no one gets back to you.
