I got scammed 10k over the phone. I was back and forward with the bank who would not refund me - and did not take the scam seriously at all. I reached out to reclaimit cyber as a last resort, and as of yesterday, they have managed to recover 50% of the money lost from the bank, and they are further taking my case to the ombudsman to recover the final balance. They have been nothing but brilliant, they really do know what they are doing legislation wise, and have excellent communication skills. They don’t just talk business, but they are down to earth people who level with you, and empathise with your personal situation, listening to how you feel and helping you to move forward whilst they your fight your case.
