I was originally contacted by someone posing as reclaimit cyber, who sounded very plausible. Because I'd allowed myself to be badly scammed previously, I was cautious. I asked his company and his name. I was given them and of course they went to the company's website. I found the legit site and phoned them. They don't canvas on the phone and no-one of the callers name was employed by them. Yet another scam. Nathalie and Raj have been helpful, friendly, professional, and straightforward.
