After being scammed ?2,300 when I was 18 and unaware of social media scams, I was devastated. I put a case through with reclaimit cyber, honestly expecting nothing to come from it because I probably should’ve done more checks to prevent myself from being scammed. Furthermore, the bank completely discarded my case and closed it. I lost hope and accepted this was my fault.. reclaimit cyber tried to communicate with me for several months to support me and find out more information but I had no hope so I ignored their emails (I feel terrible now!). A year later I received an email to say after them investigating my case they have gotten the bank to refund me in full!I cannot thank this organisation enough, they are helping and restoring hope within people??.
