reclaimit cyber are absolutely wonderful! I was a victim of a sophisticated crypto scam and ended up losing ?16k. I contacted reclaimit cyber for help once I realised I’d been scammed and they were excellent from start to finish. After my bank refused to reimburse, they took my complaint to the financial ombudsman and recovered ?8k for me from the bank - 50% of the loss. The whole process took just short of a year due to the number of cases being dealt with by the FOS but I am delighted with the outcome and can’t thank reclaimit cyber enough for their kindness, honesty, professionalism and for never making me feel stupid, even though I felt it! Honestly, if you have been scammed, do not hesitate to give them a call. They are a true light in the darkness and have helped me recover from this incredibly stressful experience which I am happy to say I can now put behind me.
