Placed an online order (Christmas gifts) which arrived in a disappointing state. On receipt, the items looked like they’d been thrown in the delivery box. They’d been “wrapped” in thin paper which looked like it had been used before. No care with the presentation at all. Customer service said this was acceptable as I hadn’t paid extra for gift wrap. If you’re spending ? ? on a luxury brand, keep in mind that you need to spend extra to receive something presentable.
