Just received my Christmas present from Penhaligons that my husband ordered and not received the Black Friday gifts on the offer code - getting customer services to understand that the offer code hasn’t been applied therefore we have received the perfume but not the free gifts is a nightmare! 30 minutes via chat and now have to send a photo of the parcel! I have received the parcel not the free gifts so what is the photo going to prove? what is difficult to understand? They have a generic email they then send you. Wasted an hour of my time trying to sort this out. The mad thing is that this happened exactly the same for my Birthday present and they advised that they would look into the process for dealing with this complaint but obviously that was rubbish. Penhaligons have no customer common sense and think my just apologising and sending a replacement is customer satisfaction which it isn’t. Oh if all else fails they will send you an offer code so you can spend more money with them as a way of an apology!!!!
