I had some items missing from an order, firstly I had a response to say that they had checked with the courier and confirmed everything was packaged and the weights were correct (can't have been the case) but when I challenged this Shannon C was able to assist in getting this resolved for me.So props to Shannon for her help despite the previous agent providing incorrect information.
