Really lovely customer service, both in person in the Bath store and online from April J. I’d lost the email with my voucher code after purchasing a sample set, but I was sent another after a couple of verification emails. They didn’t have to honour that, it was my problem. I’ve now used the discount for one of the scents I want, and will come back for another (currently out of stock) at a later date. Thank you :)
