Amy and all the team in customer service, were incredibly helpful in supporting my request for replacement samples, that unfortunately were smashed in transit.It was really important to me to request replacements as I use these in my role working with older adults, who always ask "what scent I am using" (The memories that Penhaligon's scents bring alive are truly magnificent, tales of adventure, courage and unfinished stories have our team captivated) residents will soon be offered sensory sessions using our precious samples Thank you so much for your understanding and generosity ????????????
