Recently placed an order with Penhaligons and had an issue with the order not going through. Started an online chat with 'Sophia Z' who managed to get the issue sorted in no time! Even gave me a discount code for the inconvenience! The following day, I saw a few other fragrances I wanted to try and wondered if it was too late to add them to my order, ended up speaking to 'Sophia Z' again.. and same fantastic service! Managed to help straight away. Highly recommend.
