I received my items not long after ordering. Unfortunately the Halfeti Handwash had leaked everywhere. All over the other products and leaving about a third in the bottle if that. I WhatsApp’d their customer services immediately. Was greeted an agent called Dean. He asked for pictures and details etc. the matter was handled professionally and efficiently. I now have just received an email to say that all items are being replaced. Now that I say is above and beyond and definitely the WOW factor in Customer Services. Well done Penhaligans and Dean! ??
