I had issues with an order which required multiple and itricate emails communications to resolve with the tech team. My customer care journey started in January 2025 and Leah B was absolutely impeccable in communicating with me, keeping me updated without dropping it through lack of care and ultimately providing a solution because my order had a time limited window in which the tech team could not guarantee her a timelime. Leah B's customer care and attentiveness is the benchmark for all online retailers to aspire to and take note. Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant!
