Hello,I’m writing to inform you about an amazing experience, we had with one of your employees Daniel. He is based in the Chester store.We attended the store just to browse as we have our wedding coming up and we wanted a fragrance each for our big day!. From the get go Daniel was fantastic!!. He offered to help us down the steps with our prams. He ensured we were well looked after and his knowledge of the fragrances was just mind blowing!. We spent a good time in the store and were blown away by Daniel’s customer service. We went away to allow the air to hit our sink to see how the fragrances sat on our skin. However we couldn’t not purchase from Daniel that day as his manner and helpfulness is what prompted us to purchase a bottle of Mr Sam (for myself) & The favourite (for my wife to be).We just wanted to ensure that you knew how important Daniel is to your team and he is the whole reason from now we will be going to Chester store to purchase further fragrances.
