We’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Snezana I. at the King’s Road Penhaligon’s for a couple of years now, starting with my teenage son’s first fragrance purchase—Halfeti. Since then, we’ve returned multiple times, most recently as a family of four. Snezana took the time to guide each of us to the perfect scent—especially impressive for my daughter and me, as we had only vague ideas of what we wanted. She absolutely nailed it.Snezana has a truly outstanding approach to customer service: she warmly greets every person who walks through the door and genuinely cares that you're happy with your selection. She is incredibly patient and makes what could be an intimidating experience feel welcoming and personal. She's an absolute asset to the store and a big reason we keep coming back.
