We visited the Canary Wharf store today and had a wonderful experience. The Staff are so welcoming and we were helped by a guy called Sazzad (I think); thank you so much and also for your assistance last Christmas. You recognised us when we walked in. We were sorry to hear that Lisa had left and hope she is doing well. We travelled 1 hour 30 mins to buy our birthday gift, as the Cambridge store has sadly closed but it really was no hardship, as we had a happy experience again. Penhaligons ….. please look after your wonderful staff.
