I signed up but didn?? complete the process, as I abandoned it halfway through. Even though I never used the account, it was still treated as part of the setup. After contacting customer support, I was told I?? no longer considered a new customer and was asked to provide ID and proof of address. I sent my driving licence, which I felt should have been enough, but they requested even more information. The experience was frustrating, and the support felt robotic and unhelpful. I won?? be using this service again and will be using Skybet.
