Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. • The battery started having issues in less than six months, which is unacceptable for a premium health product. • The build quality is questionable—the ring developed noticeable scratches within a few months and no longer looks presentable. • What’s worse is the customer support. I was promised a replacement, waited over a week without any updates, and was then told they can’t ship to Zambia—despite the fact that they sold the ring to me in Zambia in the first place. How does that make sense?I appreciate the concept and the health insights, but the execution and support do not match the price or the hype.
