proactive support : )I had been corresponding with customer service about a mis-delivered order of the glucose monitor, when the cs representative noted a problem they had detected with my ring. I had been so focused on locating the delivery that I didn’t have the bandwidth to ask about the intermittent ring malfunction. We were able to address both issues.
