Matthew Borins VP of Customer care and Nicole provides horrible customer service and kept canceling my order!!! shady person asks to send my id and cc photo and still cancels order. would not recommend and would never use their service againEdit: "Wire" us the money on 2k product? what a joke that's how fraud/scam works. What company asks for wire transfer without knowing if/when a customer will get the product. Company that tries to scam customer isn't something I want to be part of. You are the one that asked me to order new with an address I will be located in... what a jokeI also,checked the bank and everything is updated and good to go funny company.
