Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the recent service of Linley and Simpson in Leeds. We have been renting from them for about a year now, and while they have been relatively responsive, it has gotten a lot worse lately. We have a furnace in our house that is 40 years old. I have lived in houses I owned before, so I know that such an old furnace can fail anytime - and of course it just did. I have been asking for them to ask the landlord to replace it, but nothing. The furnace is now broken, and I have been living in cold house for 3 days now, waiting for someone to come and change a spare part on a furnace that is literally kept together by tape. As most letting agencies, these people do not have the best interest of their renters at heart. Avoid if you can.
