Very bad experience

Absolutely the worst letting agents I have ever used, and would give a zero star rating if I could. In my opinion they seem to hold no regard for their tenants. Left me with no heating and hot water for over 6 weeks. I reported a dripping tap in 1st week of Jan and it was still dripping when I left the property, which is on a water meter, at end of March. Other lengthy spells waiting for minor repairs, ending up having to constantly chase for any action. They failed to acknowledge my emailed suggested move out date and an email the following day confirming this date, made absolutely no contact with me either by email or phone for over 2 weeks, which led me to believe this was ok, because surely they would have been in touch to inform me of any problems wouldn't they? After waiting so long for any contact I chased them up to finalise the move out / key drop details, only to be then told that my suggested date was not acceptable as they had been unable to contact the landlord, this consequently then led to me having to pay over 250 pounds extra rent for a property I hadn't lived in for 2 weeks, as I had already signed up on my new home.Maybe other people have had a good experience with this company, but sadly mine was awful and I wouldn't recommend at all to anyone.
