*Upon initial viewing of property we asked for some minor fixes which were agreed and not delivered.*Upon exiting tenancy tried to charge us for the above fixes, taking the proverbial.*Staff unhelpful, unfriendly, rude, particularly in Chapel Allerton. Headingly a bit better to be fair to them.*Threw away some clothing items accidently left at the property upon departure without even asking if I could collect. Some of them were expensive.*Completely over zealous and unfair cleaning charges upon exit of property. We left it in the same condition. They take dozens of photos so make sure you do the same if you're ever unfortunate enough to let a property from this lot.*Do not deal with Linley and Simpson Leeds.
