Absolutely shocking!

They are rude and speak to you like you're an idiot, if anything breaks in the property you have to constantly chase them just for them to turn around and say: "We thought it got fixed"! They come for inspection and you tell them something has broken and they say oh yes we'll send somebody to have a look, that's where it ends. The boiler has broken down and instead of fixing it they ask us if we can leave it on all year and pay the gas and electricity bill for it on top of the standard one!! That's just wrong at every level. In February with all the storms we had two pieces of fences cane down, several months later nothing has been done about it! It's ridiculous and we'll never use their services again!!
