I currently rent from this company in Sheffield and I am saddened to be having to share such a negative experience. I moved into the property august 2021 and ever since I have called, emailed and complained of issues to no avail.We have gone with a broken boiler for the whole year and reporting issues weekly from no water to no hot water to no heating for months. Every time we report it to the company multiple people come to the property unannounced and never fix it. The response we always get is the landlord wants to send his own contractor to see what the issue is. We have gone weekends and easily over a month with no hot water which is not acceptable given we are constantly reporting the issue. We have had 4 people come over the past 3 weeks to see what the issue is from the company and the landlord all unannounced which breaches our contract as well as viewings show up without notice. We keep hearing from the contractors the boiler is cheap and shot and it would be more expensive to replace the parts to fix it than to get a new boiler. We are leaving in august and clearly the constant lack of communication and ongoing issues is the reason for this. It feels as though the landlord is waiting for new people to come in or just doesna ? ?t want to fix the issue even though ita ? ?s continuing to be a problem.We rent through this company and dona ? ?t have any contact with the landlord but the company keeps using the landlord as an excuse for why things arena ? ?t being done. Therea ? ?s no curtesy or communication between the parties and we are finding the living environment in enjoyable. The anxiety of never knowing when people are going to turn up or just let themselves in is horrible. We keep hearing people will be out to look at issues but these are never fixed. Our home after visits are left a mess as contractors move items which is understandable but dona ? ?t have the curtesy to put things back.We are at a loss on how to enjoy being in our home. We are left unable to do the simple task of having a warm shower which is a basic thing everyone should have access to and the company though pleasant when we call, keeps putting it on the landlord. If you are going to manage a property then you need to be managing it.I truly hope whoever else lives in the homes of this company and anyone who lives in the home we have after august does not have to face these issues. The property itself is really nice and ita ? ?s such a shame that the landlord and this company dona ? ?t seem to care about the tenants
