Awful - Harrogate office staff do not care about tenants at all. Made to feel stupid for not understanding their lingo. Whole deposit and more taken for ridiculous requests and no invoices provided for things which needed sorting. All they care about is not sorting anyones problems and taking everyones money, clearly evidenced by below similar reviews. Every other rental agent I have been with is superior compared to Linley & Simpson.
