Unacceptable service from Linley & Simpson Pudsey

I have tried to resolve issues about a tenancy with Linley & Simpson for 8 months. I vacated their property on 25th February 2023 after going through Domestic Abuse last year (2022) for 8 months. I did what I needed to do, which is give notice and explained why I had to leave. 8 months on they still have refused to remove my name and that of my son from their records and not given me back my deposit. I have been ignored numerous times and still being ignored. My emails go unanswered. They dona ? ?t seem to care as long as my name and that of my son appears on their system as responsible for a property I am not living in. If our names were not on the system they would move in 4 weeks to get a name on the system of the person living in the property.I have been trying to move on with my life, but Linley & Simpson couldna ? ?t care less. The stress has even landed me in hospital for 10 days
