Unprofessional, unresponsive and uninterested

L&S City branch took over our property in Leeds and things instantly took a turn. They are only interested in protecting the landlords earnings and see you as a ?a ?a ?. They (Luke) offered us no support when we had a dispute over overcharges with the landlord and kept telling us to just pay (luckily the TDS rightfully sided with us). They didna ? ?t fix our boiler for months, meaning wea ? ?d have to manually fire it up every time we wanted water, giving us a a ?700 electricity bill which they refused to help us with. L&S are only interested in profiteering from the housing crisis and not being fair or transparent with tenants. Please look to avoid them if you want a less stressful life.
