Complicated and worrying! I wish I never started this as I know very few people who can sign and witness. The amount of signatures needed on the documentation are many and a mine field to get through, whilst trying to get people to commit to sign is also a huge problem for me. I have no idea what I'???m doing. Overall it'???s a very expensive exercise and quite honestly I'???m not sure if I'???ve done most of it correctly. I read through what I'???ve managed to complete but there are more signatures to get. Will I ever be able to send these wills and also lasting powers of attorney (for husband and self), if I do will it be in the timeframe they have given me. P.S.I have just spoken to someone at Legacy Wills and feel I have been slightly unfair with my previous comments, however, I still find it all very exhausting - trying to get the documents signed! Whichever company I choose will follow the same protocol, as it'???s a legal document and such an important part of my bequest. Legacy Wills have been in touch and given me clear instructions and offered any help I need to complete the necessary documents.'?? ??
