I filled in a form and was able to get an appointment to discuss my will pretty quickly. As a rather young applicant, I was nervous I wouldn't understand what I was doing. My worried were quickly assuaged by Valentina, who was superb, kindly and patiently walking me through the process, and was happy to answer my many questions. They made sure that I understood the conditions and any upcoming costs, giving me various options of how to pay them. The documents themselves only took a few weeks to arrive, along with clear instructions on what to do and where to get further assistance. I'm still in the process of preparing my documents for submission, but I'm confident these will also be efficiently processed.
