Mother-in-law got a phone call to make a Will and was told it would cost '? ?19.99 so paid, even asked if there was any other costs and he said '??? just '? ?19.99'???. Set up a consultation date & time to make a Will but after everything was sorted he asked for over '? ?1000 but told him original phone call phone call said '???'? ?19.99'???. Then was informed that was for consultation. very miss leading
