I felt a little fobbed off with my very important venture. I wanted a simple Will and after the staff member had tried every angle to get more out me and failed she came across quite a bit judgemental as a last resort. I did not feel valued. Although, the service itself, paperwork, thoroughness and follow up that I have access to their support is great.
