I placed an order for a Lenovo laptop via Lenovo.com. The installment agreement was sent to me, I signed and made my first payment, at which point the financial agreement became active. The problem is that I never received any order info for this purchase, I inquired about this many times and was never given a proper answer. On my last inquiry, the agent was quick to say that there is something wrong, and without my consent canceled the order, and told me that it was in my best interest. I did not want to cancel the order I simply wanted to track it. Kind of annoyed with that agent and the service I received. I am unsure if I will use katapult again
