Very bad follow up service or interaction with customer 100% dependent on chatbot with incorrect canned responses.Impossible to get correct information. Caused unnecessary worries to me. I will be VERY RELUCTANT to use your services again or recommend you to my friends Reduce total dependence on Chat bot and increase human interaction . I will be prepared to pay more for better service
