I have been booking tickets with Indian Eagle for many years, but this time I felt compelled to write a review. The sole reason for this is Mahish from the schedule change team. When Air India forced a schedule change by canceling my outbound and inbound flights, it was Mahish's tenacity and perseverance that resolved the issue for me. He took personal interest in my case, treating it as his own, and empathy for my situation. He ensured that I was regularly updated on his progress in resolving the matter with Air India. From now on, I will deal with Mahish for any ticket bookings with Indian Eagle.
