I returned to trade in and purchase another nissan and have had a grim experience with the sales teams and service. Waiting around, poor preparation, even worse cleaning/valeting. I brought my car for a cosmetic repair (caused at the garage). Three hours later the car is returned to me with my seats, steering wheel and inside door utterly dirty/marked by the repair work. I cannot begin to express how fed up I am with poor service, poor communication and a lack of professionalism.
