I have been waiting since August for a replacement part to fix a known fault. Initially I received the occasional text update, but these stopped in October. I have subsequently found out that they have marked the fault as resolved on their system. It has not been rectified. It takes at least 5 phone calls to get through to anyone to talk to. More often than not, you get a voicemail. No-one ever bothers to call back and I am left with no resolution to this long standing issue. Given that this issue relates to the brakes - how can I be confident that the car is safe to drive. After such a positive sales experience initially, I would not recommend Glyn Hopkins given the time it is taking me to resolve this issue facing complete disinterest from the service team and lack of any semblance of customer care.
