Table & Chairs

Tony who sold us the table & chairs from the Telford branch was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The delivery guys were brilliant as well. Ben and Ant was very polite. They were quick and efficient at assembling the table and chairs. Thank you.

Great effort from both Gary and H.

Great effort from both Gary and H battling through roadworks and road closures to eventually arrive with smiles and enthusiasm to place sofa in to lounge. Set up and cleared up and friendly and cheerful throughout.

Great delivery experience

Great delivery from Adam and Seth. They called half an hour before they arrived, delivery was complete by 8am and they were polite, tidy and efficient. I do have an issue with part of the sofa itself which I have reported but that is completely separate to the delivery which I cannot fault.

Dreadful aftercare service

Great salesman on the day we made our purchase but after that it'???s been a total disaster.The aftercare service is dreadful, the sofa and foot stall arrived with the feet missing, I emailed the store and they failed to respond.I also emailed the customer services team snd they failed to reply too, it took many phone calls to finally get it sorted.Definitely wouldn'???t use this company again.
