Karen was warm, helpful and very pleasant. She went to great lengths to make sure we were happy and helped us make a great choice. Lovely coffee and toilets made it a pleasant experience. We had returned a second time and she remembered everything we had previously discussed.
After my previous great experience in purchasing my spare bed via Justyna at the Cheltenham store, I was keen to return to view their bedroom furniture. Found a brilliant collection of items in the same range to kit out my spare room, guided again by the excellent Justyna!
Kami the man that helped us was exceptional , friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the product wouldn'???t hesitate to go back to the physical store to see him in the future, I cannot say the same about the Online team who do not give the same level of service at all I found them to have attitude be unsympathetic and extremely unhelpful. I will never buy anything for a furniture village Online again as a result I will go back to see Cami in the Gillingham store.
