Anshul gave quality customer care

Whilst the experience with some of the customer care team has been stressful in dealing with our damaged sofa, one customer service manager has been most helpful and provided quality customer service that is rarely seen these day. Anshul has given us 5 star service and eased our stress, I've knocked off 1 star because of the rating I would give furniture village after care in general which would be 3 star only. So altogether, 4 star. Thank you Anshul for helping us!
