I have been through hell using this exchange!On the 30th June 2025, I wired a significant amount of funds to my Ezey wallet account which was successful without any hassel, done verification twice and some strange quiz which were both successful but when i tried to withdraw some funds to my external wallet, I could not which defeats the purpose of my wire. I have used other exchanges and wallets in the past and currently and never really had this issue. The contact support agents I have contacted on the app hev been of absolute ZERO help! Am i supposed to pray for a miracle to happen?CASE NO:23754557 and 23753610 Which have both been closed with no result.
