the communication was on point, even letting me know that they could be late (was not their fault on their end at all). The product is really good, the ONLY complaint I have is that I wish the name plate was a little heavier. Besides that, I love it. The necklace is great and I have no issues with it at the moment since ita??s only been a few days but Ia??ll update if necessary :)
