Customer service was amazing. I notice that my autofill filled out my old city state with new new address and apt number. I notice it right after purchasing and they were able to fit that. Giving 2 thumbs up.I received my purchase and I was satisfied with the quality amazing however....although the necklace I received was amazing I didn't like the font. I wish we could have preview how things will look before purchasing. I purchase one that I was a le too put two lines but the number and the letter I pick u really cant see. I was disappointed but that is on me. I suggest that you should able to see how something looks before you purchase the items
