Cyprto Scam where Coin ward was used

Sadly I was advised by a Cyprto Account manager (not associated with Coin ward) to use my Coin ward wallet to deposit funds to pay for liquidity costs to release decent sum of money, whilst it looks like I have funds in Coin ward they are fake tokens care of 1Chain-Capital. Just as a safe guard maybe someone will read this and they might go to an investment firm and these people maybe there, be weary of Camila Robuck (Camila said she is Finance Manager) and the Account Manager Jack Fisher (Jack says he is Crypto Manager). All up via Coin ward they stole over US$300,000. NOTE: I have edited the review and star rating from 1 to 4. The money is gone, but I changed my review as it is not Coin ward's fault and they took the time to respond and provided some helpful information in reporting this scam and signs to watch out for.

Hi Tanya! We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, please let us things right. Scammers may use any online services for their purposes and perform their tricks. Any 'investment or law companies' asking you to deposit funds in order to 'release a hefty amount of money' are scammers. When someone asks to send some % of the total amount of the deposit in order to 'activate' the balance or for a 'liquidity check' - this is a scam. Anyone 'sharing a backup phrase from your wallet' or offering 'help' in order to set up a wallet for you via Anydesk or similar software is a scammer (as anyone with your backup phrase has access to your wallet and all the funds it contains). Please note that Coin ward is simply an interface for accessing your assets, while all funds are stored on the blockchain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. We cannot cancel or revert them, unfortunately. The best course of action we can advise is to report your case to local cybercrime authorities in your country and report this case for the further investigation as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Drop us a line at support@ "End with our official doman" if you need further assistance from our side. We're always here for you.
