Customer service employee : mohamadLeaving me without any answer , ignoring me .Nancy : EVERYTIME I am told that my executive ( Nancy ) will get in touch with me, she never does ! It's either I go talk to her or else she will NEVER contact me . Until I reported what happened this time. It's been since June 10th I was told she will contact me and she didn't , same thing for another issue in june 17 , but she contacted me today for the june 17th issue only because I reported her behavior to the customer service's whatsapp. Though, they both (customer service and executive) neglected the 10th of june issue
