Our visit to Waterside Lodge in Tonbrige Kent was terrific from the very start. Prior communication with Wendy the lodge manager ensured we knew in advance that their was secure covered parking for our vehicle, she also let us know her lunch hour time so we did not arrive and have to hang around. The guest suite was lovely, a modern en suite, a large T.V. tea and coffee facilities all prepared for us, and last but not least a lovely view out to the River Medway which runs alongside the building. There is a fully fitted kitchen available with toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc and a lovely lounge where residents were most welcoming and eager to hear about Pegasus Court Bournemouth where we came from. There is a large outside area to sit and watch the river flow by with swans, ducks and the occasional paddle boarder and kyaker. The location is at most a 3 minute walk away from the very busy high street. So pleased my son moved to Tonbridge this welcoming lodge make a visit even more enjoyable.
