After living for 18 months in my apartment, I don’t have any regrets as it is ok me. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for CEM. Any complaints are met with a patronising reply. I have the feeling that once they have your money all interest is lost. Recent visitors using our guest suite have found it to be unfit for purpose due to neglect. Communication from CEM is almost non-existent new residents did not have a lodge manager to help and have needed us, their new neighbours to show them how things work. I noticed that a lot of these reviews are either from a contractor or are from relatives and friends and a carer !! These reviews should come from residents. The last year, due to illness, we have very often been without a Lodge Manager. The communication then from CEM has been vague or non-existent. These apartments aren’t cheap and neither are the maintenance fees, I just wish CEM had respect for that fact.Not a well run business as far as I’m concerned.
