John Wakefield has been our relief manager at New Hall Lodge over the last few months and I can only say what a pleasant, efficient and professional man he is.Problems were sorted quickly and he responded to questions promptly when possible, if not john would come back with answers directly to residents.Any lodge would be happy to have him as manager
