Fiona the Lodge Manager does an excellent job at Mortimer Lodge Bridgnorth. She is always helpful, efficient and polite and goes above and beyond to make the residents feel welcome and supported.On Christmas Day she very kindly collected and delivered a Christmas Day lunch to my parents and sister as they were not able to travel to the venue where it was provided to the local community, giving up part of her day off in order to do this.
