My Lodge Manager, Brenda Zaim, at Orchard Court in Reading is a consummate professional but also a very warm hearted individual. She is willing to do anything to help & is excellent at communicating both with the residents & external individuals. The fact she lives on site is enormously reassuring in & of itself.
